Today one of my supervisors, the dude who trained us in fact, told me that I was a 'phenomenal agent'. I mean, I already knew that I was good, purely based on QA scores, lack of cases being sent back to me with angry faces attached, and my Average Handle Time, but it still felt really awesome to hear it.
