The Rokuougan is the closest you'll get there. Unlike the other CP9 members, he doesn't really have one Rokushiki technique he specializes in: He uses all of them equally, and to devastating effect. The closest I'm coming up with is that one where he combines Geppou, Soru and Kami-e to essentially fly through the air instead of walking. I cannot for the life of me remember what this is called.
