You know how much Sanji loves all women? If you take that and concentrate all of that down to be focused on one woman, you've pretty much got an idea of the size of the crush he has on Robin.
With his Rumble Ball, he could be the most powerful member of the crew, given time. Actually this is sort of canon now, but it was my headcanon first!
He still feels bad about disappointing Meng way back in season one, even though it was totally not his fault.
Oh, and Bumi dragged him out on a madcap adventure that involved crossdressing at one point. Seriously, he makes such a convincing girl (Avatar Day, wot wot)
The real reason for his sudden acquisition of balls is that with the creation of the Perfect Clima-Tact, Nami lost her Combat Paralysis. And so, deprived of his Cowering Partner, he realized that he had to man up.
Sokka systematically disapproves of every single boy that Katara expresses interest in, or who expresses interest in her, on general principles due to his case of Overprotective Older Brother Syndrome(OOBS). The only reason he doesn't disapprove of Aang is because he's completely oblivious.
Teo's glider doesn't work away from the hot-air vents at the Northern Air Temple, and he misses being able to fly. He's more than a little jealous of Aang, who can just take off any time. He's too polite to let this show, of course.
