I'm glad I'm not in the general online Avatar fandom, for instance- not knowing what was gonna happen has increased my enjoyment of these leaked episodes.
And with Battlestar Galactica, I'm mixed on spoilers - I want to know what'll happen, but again the ride and character development are what keeps me watching. So spoilers can spoil a LOT (like finding out who the Final Four are before watching Season 4 - DO NOT DO THAT TO ANYBODY WHO WATCHES THE SHOW).
And then there's Transformers Animated, my other fandom... I'm steeped in spoilers there. BUT the people who provide advance spoilers have been wise enough to not give everything away - just to give us teasers and specific plot snippets. But I do generally try to avoid spoilers when the discussion threads start until AFTER I watch the episode.
(Plus, us Canucks are in a position of power now - Cartoon Network is behind, so the primary source of episode encodes in the fandom isn't able to provide fresh encodes anymore. Which means I have to watch it on TV instead of downloading it an hour or two earlier).
