Aside from the first Artemis arc, WW only exists when Perez, Jiminez, Rucka or Simone is writing. Even if my collection says otherwise.

But even at its worst, WW has never been that bad. Post-Crisis, at least. (Said not to diss Pre-Crisis WW, but because I haven't read much of it.)
