HEY ONE PIECE FANDOM

I think it's great that you have a newfound appreciation for Boa Hancock. And I totally agree that her kicking a lot of ass this chapter was totally hot and awesome. I will not argue this.

But. Can we please, please stop talking about how she's "finally showing that she deserves to be in the Shichibukai" et al? I mean, really. Nobody doubts that Doflamingo deserves to be there, and his resume thus far is making two run-of-the-mill marines play-fight, and killing a man whose role in the story was to the be cocky small-fry that Luffy one-punched. SCARY.

And yet, his strength is assumed, because hey, he's one of the Shichibukai. They don't give that job to just anybody. The title alone speaks volumes about how strong he is.

So why is it that Boa Hancock has to 'prove herself'? No, wait, don't answer that, I'm pretty sure I can guess.

Although yes our churches do not tend to be awesome in terms of music, although my church is working on it at least.

Yeah, I think a lot of churches are working on it these days. We actually do two sets, one slightly more traditional at 9AM and one more contemporary at 11AM. Of course, even half the songs at 11 sound like they've been dipped in molasses, but we're getting there.

My church used to do that (except reversed, it was the 9 AM one that was contemporary) but then they merged them into one 10 AM service that had a bit of both. Went over pretty well with the old folks, actually. Much better than anyone was expecting.

I should probably get involved with the church music buuuuuuut work prevents me from consistently attending, so.

Well, we're big enough to need three services anyway, just to keep it do a good sized crowd. So we decided, hey, we have the services, lets make 'em different!

I actually used to do... graphics, back in the day. Woo, Powerpoint! Not anymore, but lol, I was a church nerd.

My Best Bro does those. He's pretty good at it too, but the church ladies keep sending shitty .gif versions of his stuff to the printers and every time he has to haul them aside and tell them not to do that.

Fortunately about half of Sunset works for Intel during the week, so even the ones running programming are geeky.

It's actually really funny. From time to time they'll be all 't-shirts! come order t-shirts!' or things like that and he'll walk over and look at the samples, and then...his face, it becomes SO line.

Haha, poor thing. I feel for him, even as I laugh.
