Guys, it takes awhile to pass such a huge, complex bill that alters the entire structure of the way we do something as major as healthcare on the level of an ENTIRE COUNTRY, especially when an entire involved party feels the need to make a goddamn argument over whether my right and ability as a woman to make decisions about my own body and health should be provided for. SORRY.

My favorite part is at about thirty seconds in, when they show Weiner clearly thinking 'oh good lord, where do I even start.'

It's kind of awkward how obvious it is that he's the only sane person in the room.

Oh, I dunno. Willie's co-host seems pretty reasonable, even though he does smack her down, basically, when she speaks up at the end there.

Yeah that was...incredibly dismissive and disrespectful.

Yeah, if I could vote for him, I so would. Because he's one BAMF. (And apparently post-college roommates with Jon Stewart, which explains a rather lot actually.)

Though the way what's-his-face just blows off his co-host after she agrees that what Weiner's saying makes a lot of sense... makes me really riled up as well.

It is never too soon for that, although actually I'd prefer Senator Weiner, I think.

Oh I'd love to reverse it too but I think it's more realistic to put Obama at the top of the ticket.

I meant I'd prefer if he ran for a senate seat, which would expand his influence without removing him from the direct legislative process. Powerful a position as VP is, he would only get a vote in the unlikely event of a Senate tie.
