I KNOW RIGHT?!?!?!?!?! I saw this earlier and was very, very disturbed. "Cosmetic surgery" on CHILDREN. That could FUCK UP THEIR FUTURE ABILITY TO HAVE SEX. Over...like...seriously, who goes to bed with a girl and is all "eww, her clit's too big"? WHAT.

ANYWAY, apparently the 'annual checkups' (which are like the icing on the fucked-up cake, here. They're fucking crazy enough on their own, but this is a conversation predicated on the assumption that little girls need part of their clitorises removed IN ORDER TO DEVELOP NORMALLY SEXUALLY WHAT THE EVERFLYING FUCK) were not ever run by or approved by any ethics review board, which makes me feel slightly less terrible about the whole thing. But only very slightly.
