No spoilers, guys, but One Piece 312? I wept like a bitch. LIKE A BITCH. This is what I love about One Piece: It's a wacky adventure with silly characters and an insane setting, but that doesn't stop it from being able to reach inside your chest and yank on the cockles of your heart until tears come out.

To anyone on my friendslist who does not watch One Piece: DO SO. NOW. It's a large time investment, but it is time WELL-SPENT.

Except for the fillers, and most of the movies, those are pretty rancid. G8 excepted.

I read it, not watch it. Does that count?

I mean, I watch the occasional episode when I want to see how a scene translated to visual media. And sometimes for fight scenes and pretty colors.

...and also for Sanji's voice. And Robin's. And Lucci's. Mmm.

Yeah, that does count, although it means you are missing out on the jawesome soundtrack, and that is one hell of a thing to miss out on.
