Every time I'm thinking this place is awesome, they come up with more insane bullshit to drop on us. Fuck that noise, they cannot force me to conform to their accent!

I DON'T KNOW! The notice informing us said that 'we are required to', so I think it's some tomfoolery on the part of the client, not my actual bosses.

Maybe 'praw-cess' is a Canadian thing? Because we ARE supposed to be pretending to be in the US!

Everyone I know says praw-cess. This includes people from Michigan, Inidiana, Ohio, Georgia, Florida (exluding my grandfather who just has to be different), Arizona, California, and New York. Soooo...wtf.

I got nothing, then! Admittedly if they are going to enforce the pronunciation of a word, process is a good choice: it comes up a million times, in a million ways, in every call. Still. WTF.

Until they actually add it to the Quality Monitoring scoresheet, though, I'm going to just ignore it because until that time they have no way of enforcing it. And even then I'll continue to ignore it unless it's like worth 10 points.
